U-boat Kriegstagebücher (KTB)

Interesting look into German Uboat Commander’s KTB (Patrol Report).  These reports are translated and are placed in original format that range from 1940 – 1944.  These reports give a good glimpse into a typical patrol and events from a good sample from each year of the war.

Winston Churchill, speaking on the Battle of Britain, makes the statement,  “Never in the field of human conflict, has so many owed so few.”

British Prime Minister Winston Churchill offers President Franklin Roosevelt the use of military bases in the West Indies and Newfoundland.
